EPS Foam Quality
Lighter and stronger means better flex, better feel & better response. Our surfboard blanks, made with tight bead EPS foam, are light weight & strong when used with epoxy resins. High density EPS foam is often selected because it poses no problems with out-gassing, laminate adhesion, water-logging, etc.

Customization Services! Create a blank to meet your needs without having to bend or twist the blank. WNC produces blanks using top-of-the-line CNC cut machines.
